Minaret Impact is a faith-based non-profit initiative established in 2018 to empower Muslim youth with the skills, capacity, network and access to opportunity they need to thrive professionally. We run mentoring schemes, masterclasses, career conferences, training programmes and our own training facility, the Minaret Talent Academy.

Undergraduates, fresh graduates, job seekers and early-career professionals are all welcome. Mentees are matched with seasoned Muslim professionals through our six-month Direct Mentoring Scheme, based on defined criteria and your career goals.

Professionals from every academic and professional field are welcome. Simply reach out through the contact page or WhatsApp, tell us about your background, and we will onboard you into the mentor network — currently over 300 strong.

It is our flagship quarterly conference where participants learn critical employability and career-growth skills from experts and senior colleagues. It has held in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin, Osun and Abuja, and continues across the federation.

Yes. We have secured over 100 internship opportunities for ND holders and undergraduates, shared more than 200 opportunities from within the network, and run mock interview sessions to prepare members for real ones.

These programmes support members building businesses — practical clinics on running an enterprise, business lunches with established owners, and pitch sessions where promising ventures present for funding support.
